In partnership with market research company Statista, Forbes set out to identify the 400 companies excelling in championing women at work. To compile this ranking, Statista surveyed approximately 85,000 women working at multinational companies in 36 countries to determine which ones excel in gender equality in career advancement opportunities, parental leave, competitive pay, flexible work arrangements and more. We are not only proud to be awarded with this certification for the first time, but especially because PUMA is ranked among the top 50 companies.

Feedback is a fundamental part of our culture. That's why we are constantly looking for the best solutions and improvement in our daily work. For the third time in 2023, we conducted our PUMA Employee Opinion Survey to see how we could continue this progress and reach our mission to become the fastest sports brand in the world. 15.399 PUMA employees (85% response rate) in over 50 countries participated and took the opportunity to give their feedback. Compared to 2021, not only did more PUMA Family members participate, our results are also still significantly above the 2019 results, especially in the shown categories. Given the exceptional results in 2021, it is not surprising though that overall scores stagnated or slightly reversed since 2021. Given the exceptional results in 2021, overall scores stagnated at a high level since then. Compared to the Retail benchmark of our service provider, we can happily record numbers above average, while our overall performance compared to other companies with superior performance in business and survey results is also positive and remains solid.
