Your Talent
Running Experience: A personal running background is essential. You must be a verified Half Marathon or Marathon Finisher (Race certificate required)
Bachelor’s degree in communication, Marketing or Advising
Basic design skills are desirable (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop)
Strong creative thinking and idea generation skills
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
Your Mission
- Developing our running community and maximizing brand coverage. You'll be a hands-on contributor, working closely with the marketing team to execute impactful campaigns, foster community engagement, and support collaborations with athletes and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- RUNNING COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - Content Creation: Sports Marketing Executive will "Develop creative and engaging content for PUMA Nitro Run Club, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives". This task includes brainstorming ideas, writing captions, and sourcing visuals for the club's social media presence.
- Community Engagement: The role is focused on "community engagement" and involves responding to community inquiries and comments on the brand's fan-page, which would extend to the club’s running community.
- Event Management: "Assist in the execution of events for PUMA," which would likely include activities for the running club. This assistance involves logistics, communication, and on-site support
- SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT - Content Creation: Develop creative and engaging content for PUMA Vietnam Fan-page and Running Clubs, aligned with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. This includes brainstorming ideas, writing captions, and sourcing visuals
- SPONSORSHIP MANAGEMENT - Strategic Partnership Optimization: Drive value creation and ROI maximization across all sports sponsorships, ensuring alignment with sponsorship objectives, community impact goals
- MARKETING ADMINISTRATION - Supporting Marketing administrative tasks
