Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in retail allocation, inventory management, or merchandise planning.

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office skills in particular Excel (Database including Pivot Table)

  • Experience with retail allocation software (e.g., SAP, JDA, Oracle, or equivalent systems).

  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for reporting and analysis.

  • Basic understanding of ERP systems and their role in inventory and supply chain management.

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced retail environment with multi-store operations.

  • Familiarity with product categories such as apparel, footwear, or accessories is advantageous.

  • Retail industry experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, sportswear, or consumer goods sectors.

  • Knowledge of brick-and-mortar and omnichannel retail operations is a plus.

  • Experience with regional or global retail chains is desirable.

  • Strong analytical thinking, organisational and problem solving skills

  • Fluent in English

Your Role

  • Run weekly replenishment to ensure stock levels are maintained in store.

  • Work closely with Planning and Store Operations teams to ensure merchandise strategies are executed in a timely manner

  • Key and maintain seasonal business purchase orders by SKU by channel in order system.

  • Upload future store indent orders and execute new style initial allocations as product is received.

  • Execute weekly & daily reporting including ad hoc reports as needed.

  • Analyze sales to stock ratios to ensure stores have the correct balance of inventory.

  • Execute stock clearance strategies.

  • Maintain pricing and stock receipting in the Retail Pro system.

  • Respond and action store/AM email/phone inquiries
