Your mission
- Analyze and coordinate commercial planning that involves sales, margin, definition of assortment by category, subcategory and product line, volume and distribution, with presence in store and daily contact with the team, alignment with visual merchandising and operations to ensure the strategy of brand.
- Advise in the day-to-day operations of the stores, working with the visual merchandising and operations team to optimize product display, turnover in the sales area and assortment adjustments with the aim of maximizing sales per square meter;
- Structure the construction of the item-level purchasing forecast, based on growth strategies and identification of opportunities to ensure the portfolio per store;
- Design and analyze the KPIS for Sales, Margin, Profit, Stock, Turnover, Qualitative and Quantitative Coverage to ensure compliance with the business target.
- Program the monthly promotional calendar based on bets and scenario analyses, with the aim of ensuring that the budget is exceeded in terms of profitability;
- Evaluate actions for products with low sales, suggesting specific promotions, product liquidations, in order to ensure an increase in sales and maintain profitability;
- Analyze scenarios and simulations that guide decision-making, with the aim of ensuring the brand's strategy.
