Your Talent

Educational: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Professional: 4 - 5 years of experience in HR roles such as HR specialist in Payroll. Have exposure as HR Generalist (Recruitment & GA).

Language Skills: Bi-lingual/multi-lingual a must (Fluency in English & Bahasa is a must)

Personal Attribute: Ability to collaborate effectively within the HR team and with other departments. Good interpersonal skill and able to adapt with fast changing environment

IT Skills: MS Office (Powerpoint and Excel knowledge is a must)

Your Mission

As Assistant Manager in P&O, your mission is to streamline and enhance payroll, HRIS, recruitment, and employee engagement processes to ensure operational efficiency and a positive employee experience. You are also need to managing accurate and timely payroll processing, optimizing HRIS systems for seamless data management, and driving effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Additionally, you also need too foster a strong employee engagement culture by implementing initiatives that promote job satisfaction, retention, and a sense of belonging within the organization.

Task 1: Compensation & Benefit

  • Overseeing the timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees, ensuring that salaries, wages, bonuses, and commissions are paid correctly.
  • Works collaboratively with Manage and finance teams to align C&B strategies with organizational goals and foster employee satisfaction and retention

Task 2: Recruitment

  • Supports recruitment efforts by managing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Collaborates closely with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and facilitate prompt vacancy fulfillment.
  • Engages in various talent acquisition initiatives such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and other relevant events.

Task 3: Employee Engagement

  • Facilitates positive employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns, and inquiries promptly.
  • Implements employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance morale and promote a supportive work environment.

Task 4: People Development

  • Assists in managing training programs by organizing sessions, coordinating logistics, and monitoring attendance.
  • Contributes to identifying training needs and developing relevant materials or programs.
  • Evaluates the impact of training efforts and gathers feedback from participants to continuously enhance effectiveness.

Task 5: Administration

  • Oversees Workday (Human Resources Information System) operations to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Supports payroll administration and facilitates benefits enrollment processes.
  • Manages employee records meticulously to ensure compliance with legal standards and organizational policies

Task 6: Compliance

  • Assists in disseminating HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to employees.
  • Ensures adherence to labor laws and regulations to maintain compliance.
  • Supports audits and conducts investigations related to HR practices to uphold regulatory compliance and best practices.

Task 7: Performance Management

  • Supports performance review processes by scheduling reviews and compiling performance data.
  • Assists managers in setting performance goals and providing constructive feedback to employees to foster professional development and achievement.

Task 8: Reporting & Analysis

  • Compiles HR reports and metrics detailing essential activities like recruitment, training, turnover, and employee relations.
  • Assists in analyzing HR data to uncover trends and areas for enhancement, supporting informed decision-making and strategic HR planning.

Task 9: Project & Initiative

  • Actively engages in organization projects involving community engagement, retail activity, process enhancements, and other organization initiatives.
  • Supports the implementation of new P&O programs or systems to enhance organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
