Your Mission
As an Assistant Store Manager at PUMA Essendon, you’ll be more than just second-in-command. You’ll be a strategic leader, mentor, and motivator, ensuring the store continues to set records and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, elevate service, and build a powerhouse team that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
Lead with purpose: Support the Store Manager in driving a high-energy, high-performance culture that delivers results.
Dominate sales & KPIs: Strategically push the store to achieve and exceed sales, profitability, and customer experience goals.
Coach & develop top talent: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of passionate and results-driven associates, helping them reach their full potential.
Own the customer experience: Guarantee a premium PUMA experience by delivering exceptional service and keeping the energy high on the sales floor.
Run the store like a champion: Execute key operational tasks, manage inventory, and ensure loss prevention compliance to keep the store at its best.
Take the lead when needed: Step into the Store Manager role in their absence and keep the momentum going strong.
