Your mission
A business assistant is responsible for performing administrative and clerical duties to provide high quality services to the Managing Director, SEA & Oceania.
Task 1: Visa Application and Renewal
Prepare the necessary documents required by the visa agent to apply and renew visa for Managing Director, SEA & Oceania on a timely manner.
Task 2: Travel Management (International/Domestic)
Manage detailed travel arrangements, booking flight tickets, accommodation, and preparing detailed travel itineraries.
Task 3: Secretarial Duties
- Act as a liaison to the internal stakeholders and business partners, coordinating both internal and external meetings to ensure that Managing Director, SEA & Oceania’s time is maximized by effectively managing his schedules, create meeting agendas and circulate meeting materials.
- Prepare communication on behalf of the Managing Director, SEA & Oceania including administrative assistance.
- Record important meeting minutes.
- Assist in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within HOD/Director’s responsibility.
Task 4: Claim Management
Administer claim functions for Managing Director, SEA & Oceania, Country Managers, and Directors in the Zoho system.
Task 5: Others
Perform all administrative and clerical duties required, including event planning and other ad-hoc projects. Support the People & Organization team on engagement events including annual team outbound.
Your talent
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or other relevant background
Professional: Functional: 2-3 years' experience in a similar position
IT Skills: Excellent MS-Office (Word PowerPoint, and Excel)
Language Skills: English
