Your Talent

  • 1-3 years of experience in office operations, hospitality or event planning and execution where creativity, being resourceful and innovative are essential.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service, communication and collaboration skills that lead, influence, and encourage others.

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities

  • In-office presence is required - Monday to Friday.

The Hiring range base pay for this position is $20.58 - $28.61 + Bonus + Benefits

Your Mission

The Concierge, Workplace Experience will be an integral member on the PUMA Studio Los Angeles team that will holistically act as a catalyst for accelerating workplace functionality and hospitality, boost employee fun & wellness, and create best in class workplace programs to facilitate employee engagement and connections.

  • Work closely with Showroom Manager and Central Services teams and respective employees to understand the PUMA culture, brand values, business goals and focus areas to create a world-class on-site experience including supporting onboarding

  • Support team against daily operations by ensuring operational excellence and improving office efficiency, performance, and quality

  • Act as connector for the headquarters and ensure all occupants can easily navigate the building, understand the operating protocols, resources and invite participation in planned Workplace Experience offerings

  • Welcome all PUMA employees, business guests and visitors to the Los Angeles HQ and provide them the necessary information to ensure their visit and experience is a positive one

  • Support development of employee programs, events and meet-ups that enhance the overall people experience and create employee connections

  • Plan and execute a range of small to large scale site-wide events

  • Support and execute initiatives designed to enhance the workplace

  • Assist with promoting content for our internal communication channels

  • Support and be the day-to-day boots on the ground for Employee Branding

  • Solicit and obtain feedback from employees and guests on their experience

  • Support PUMA’s community relationship with Los Angeles and help source community service and engagement activities

  • Manage our Fitness Program relationships and execution of programming

  • Assist as needed for variety of tasks that contribute to the overall experience of employees and guests while onsite
