Your Talent
University degree or above
Fluent English is a MUST, both spoken and written
Confident and effective communication skills
Proactive, positive, detail-oriented, fast learning mindset
Strong MS Office and analytical skills, confident negotiation
1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred but not a must, e.g. in Business Administration, Customer Service, Packaging, Printing, Color Management or similar
Your Mission
Collaborating with global colleagues to develop a premium co-branded shoebox/label/hangtags in partnership with athletes, celebrities, and leading fashion brands.
Tendering & development of new packaging and labeling
Ensure packaging is developed to meet the product requirements, e.g. sizing, packing way, sturdiness, material suitability
Maintain trackers of L&P developments
Update L&P database with supplier and pricing information
Coordinate with T2 suppliers for sample and production timelines
Review samples and identify necessary improvements to meet quality expectations
Maintain sample library and storage
Manage shipments to other Puma offices, including AWB making, packing, email confirmation, record
Data maintenance of carton dimensions in Infor Nexus upon T1 request
Support onboarding and maintenance of T2 suppliers: Obtain, review, store, track supplier documents and certificates, e.g. LOA, IP letter, etc.
Efficient and confident communication with multiple internal departments (L&P, Product Development, Costing, Engineering, Quality teams) and external suppliers (T1 & T2 factories)
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by managers
