Your Talent
- Higher or incomplete higher education (economics, logistics);
- At least 2 years of similar work experience;
- Proficient user of Excel, Power Point, experience with SAP is desirable;
- English - Intermediate level (part of the interview will be conducted in English);
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, organization, responsibility, quick learning ability.
Your Mission
- Organising the supply of goods and equipment across Ukraine (to the PUMA store network and key customers);
- Organising the return of goods to the central warehouse;
- Registration of consignment notes and waybills in the logistics operator's system;
- Monitoring the quality of service of Ukrainian logistics operators (KPI);
- Resolving operational issues that arise during deliveries;
- Maintaining a register of shipments;
- Providing monthly reports to the accounting department;
- Registration of claims, accounting for shortages/surpluses;
- Maintaining a register of waybills;
- Communication with store managers, carriers.
