Your Talent
Bachelor degree in Fashion/Business
Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Global Merchandising and Product
Management tools (currently PAC, VRT, PISA)
Expertise in pattern making tools
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Developer role
Your Mission
We have a great part-time (fixed term) opportunity for a Developer!
You’ll be responsible for supporting the seasonal development and execution of our Sports Licensing ranges across local partners.
You’ll work within Global brand guidelines while tailoring to local market and partner needs. With strong cross-functional collaboration and supplier engagement, your contributions will help deliver high-quality products that align with our business objectives.
Development Process
Support the seasonal strategy and execution of Local Sports Licensing ranges.
Adhere to the Seasonal Critical Path to meet development milestones.
Align with Global product guidelines while adapting for local needs.
Assist in the preparation of development specification packages for suppliers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate to deliver commercially viable and compelling seasonal collections that meet performance requirements and business targets.
Supplier Relationship Management
Support strong working relationships with Sports Licensing suppliers locally and globally.
Assist in capacity planning, product information sharing, and coordination of trim/accessory requirements.
Contribute to pricing discussions and support pattern development and management.
Quality Control Support
Monitor product quality across all development stages, from prototypes to final production.
Ensure compliance with quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve quality issues quickly to mitigate business risk.
