Your Talent
Education & IT Skills:
A BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Digital, or a related field, with experience in CMS and PIM systems being a strong advantage.
Professional Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in Ecommerce, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Core Competencies & Skills:
- Comfortable working with product data and analytics.
- A tech-immersed user who blends data-driven decision-making with creative execution.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles as they apply to product listings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong stakeholder management skills and a hands-on attitude.
- Problem-solving expertise and advanced Excel skills.
Work Relationships:
- Internally: Collaborate with Digital Analytics, Retail, Merchandising/Buying, Operations, and Global E-Commerce teams.
- Externally: Work with 3rd party vendors and partners.
Your Mission

This newly created role is your chance to bring that mission to life by owning product data management and driving site performance across AU and NZ for our .com, app, and marketplace platforms. Your work will put our products in front of customers in the best possible way, helping them find what they need quickly while keeping PUMA’s cutting-edge spirit front and center.
1. Power Up Product Content & Data Manage product data entry, updates, and optimization for all SKUs across .com, app, and key marketplaces. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and build taxonomies for better product discovery. Regularly audit listings for completeness in descriptions, images, prices, and specifications.
2. Score Big with Site Merchandising
Collaborate with teams to enhance product descriptions, visuals, and implement SEO best practices for higher visibility. Launch seasonal promotions and keep product content fresh for better customer engagement and conversion.
3. Champion Data Integrity
Establish data standards and conduct regular audits to maintain data quality. Work with IT to improve systems for scalable and automated processes.
4. Collaborate for the Win
Partner with supply chain and merchandising to ensure accurate stock levels. Support marketing in promotions and resolve product-related inquiries with customer service.
5. Analyze, Optimize, Repeat
Analyze product trends and performance, generating reports to guide decision-making. Recommend improvements to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
