Your Mission

  • Create routine to process invoice & purchase order, obtain approval & signatures for all retail functional tasks, jobs & service provided by third party/ vendor.
  • Coordinate with Retail VM, Project, Merchandising, Training & Operations team to supply retail services & works, ensure plan & executive effectively
  • Handle & settle all post services & works include payment, follow up works & service’s schedules
  • Ensure sufficient supply in retail supply, stationaries & essential items, constantly place order to store in office’s storage and forecast for long terms usage.
  • File & keep tracking all retail stores documents, invoices, service records, store rosters, performance reports & etc in proper manner
  • Handle call from external parties, customer’s feedback, cross departments communications effectively, ensure reach out & executive within the stakeholders/ person in charge.
  • Compile store end of month report & cross check every singles remunerations/ entitlements and coordinate with P&O team for store team wages.
  • Compile store documents & submissions reports every end of month, cross check & store in proper manner.
  • Collect store team rosters before every month end and submit to Retail Ops Manager for cross checking & approval.
  • Supply retail supplies, essential items & stationeries to stores upon request from store team, control & manage every singles request in order to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Provide services & arrange consumable items to store upon Retail Ops Manager approval.
  • Inter-communications with cross departments for equipment & services support for store team.
  • Handle deliveries of documents & essential items to store team, landlords & vendors.
  • Arrange meetings & appointments requirements based on Retail Ops Manager & Retail Area Managers request, assist in minutes upon requested.
  • Constantly assist Retail Ops Manager & Retail Area Managers in engagements with vendors & service providers, complete price comparisons & related tasks within time frames.
  • Compiles daily, weekly, monthly or annual reports from POS, external web portals, service provider portals & back-end systems upon requested.
  • Keeping safe & healthy environment in work places, meeting rooms & store room, measure safety & health SOPs, compliances & rectify them whenever need to.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned.
