Your mission
This position is to support all front and back sales functions in realizing profitable and sustainable market share and net sales growth.
Task 1: To ensure order creation and management executed timely. Order Management for Puma/CPG Malaysia Wholesales customer including Inter-co and consignment.
Task 2: Ensure ongoing transparency and governance of sales discipline and performance by monitoring sales and margin, trade terms, order book, inventory, and resource availability, while overseeing all sales calendars and timelines to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all sales functions.
Task 3: To manage and control both CPG & Sports return, excess and defective claim. Quality check on the defective claim; Crosscheck return & excess claim before collection; Liaise with finance department on the credit note and debit note.
Task 4: To maintain customer details and special requirements, control healthy inventory levels, and manage customer inquiries.
Task 5: To support the contribution to the development and coordination of all sales support activities, when needed.
Your talent
Education: Bachelor's degree in business management or relevant studies.
Professional: Functional: 1-year relevant experience years, preferably candidates from Sport, FMCG, Fashion or General Trade industry.
IT Skills: Microsoft Excel
Language Skills: English and local languages
