Own the Back of House
Behind every great customer experience is a world-class stockroom — and you’ll be the one making it happen. As the engine of our store operations, you’ll make sure the right products are in the right place at the right time. Precision, pace, and purpose will be your daily mindset.
Run all stockroom operations efficiently and accurately
Organize and maintain a layout that supports speed and visibility
Lead replenishment efforts to keep the sales floor fully stocked
Manage stock transfers, shipments, and product intake with attention to detail
Spot, report, and resolve any discrepancies fast
Deliver Operational Excellence
You don’t just meet expectations — you raise the bar. In this role, you’ll drive performance targets and keep everything from shrink to audits in check. You’ll protect our inventory, support compliance, and keep the operation lean, clean, and on-point.
Achieve or exceed inventory accuracy and shrink goals
Execute routine stock takes and prepare for audits like a pro
Ensure all safety standards and compliance protocols are met
Maintain stockroom conditions to reflect PUMA’s global visual standards
Identify merchandise opportunities and communicate them to leadership
Lead and Support Your Team

Train new team members on stockroom processes and best practices
