Your Talent
5+ years of experience in CRM management, preferably in a global or multi-market capacity.
Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms, ideally Emarsys.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in customer segmentation, campaign performance tracking, and ROI analysis.
Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset. Self starter who can work autonomously and lead/ inspire regional teams to build their CRM strategy.
This position is available in full-time or part-time.
Your Mission
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Global CRM & Loyalty Manager to lead our customer relationship management strategy across multiple markets. The role will focus on driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and customer loyalty programs, combined with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across the organization.
Develop and implement a global CRM strategy to enhance customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value across all PUMA markets.
Ensure alignment of regional CRM initiatives with the global strategy, tailoring approaches to local market needs.
Define and manage KPIs to measure the effectiveness of CRM campaigns and initiatives, working with Analytics and BI teams to build and maintain global dashboards and reporting.
Support in the development of the PUMA global loyalty program, ensuring customer communications are optimised to drive member sign ups and increase engagement, retention and customer lifetime value.
Leverage data to drive segmentation, targeting, personalization and AB testing strategies, and co-ordinate these at a global level.
Work with regional and global counterparts to ensure brand consistency and optimised campaign communications across email, SMS and push notifications.
Act as the main point of contact for CRM-related initiatives across global markets, becoming the global expert in Emarsys and other CRM platforms.
Train and mentor regional CRM teams to align with global best practices.
