Your Talent

  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Product Management, or a related discipline
  • Initial professional experience in merchandising and/or product management, ideally within global brands (e.g., internships or working student positions)
  • Good understanding of product-related processes within the sport-lifestyle or fashion industry
  • Business-oriented mindset with a structured, analytical approach to problem-solving
  • Proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong sense of responsibility and solution-driven thinking
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships across teams and functions
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI).

Your Mission

  • Support the refinement of seasonal GTM processes by identifying inefficiencies and assisting in the implementation of improvements
  • Utilize established frameworks to coordinate milestones and support operational processes between Global GTM, BUs, and markets, ensuring smooth execution of seasonal deliverables
  • Support the implementation of the KI approach, ensuring accurate execution in line with GTM and marketing objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries from markets and business units, providing guidance and issue resolution as needed
  • Deliver clear and timely business packs and in-season updates (e.g., Weekly Updates) by communicating deadlines and collecting content from Business Units for scheduled releases, ensuring relevant insights are available for decision-making
  • Confirm that key operational systems are updated by the relevant teams and that all seasonal articles, data, and images are accurate and ready for distribution to the markets.
