Your mission
Design and develop comprehensive Sell Through reporting solutions to provide clear data visualization and actionable insights for decision-making
Conduct thorough data analysis to extract actionable insights, support strategic decision-making, and initiate business growth initiatives
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights and dashboards
Work closely with key stakeholders across Global Go-To-Market and Business Units to lead the Seasonal Planning Process, ensuring alignment of KPI targets and comprehensive Merchandising Planning
Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, optimize timelines, and deliverables
Leverage data-driven decision-making by utilizing the most accurate and relevant information available, with a focus on customer sell-through data
Identify and implement best practices across business units and product divisions to streamline and optimize the Global planning process
Coordinate the Product Forecast Process across all areas, ensuring seamless data collection, accurate analysis, and effective communication with stakeholders
Streamline the Product Forecasting process and propose constant improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Your talent
Up to 3 years of experience in data analysis, GTM, merchandising, or commercial planning, ideally in a consumer‑focused environment
Strong interest in working with data and reporting, with first experience in sell‑through analysis and dashboard creation
Ability to analyze data and derive clear insights to support planning, forecasting, and business decisions
Initial experience collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders across GTM, Business Units, or Commercial teams
Understanding of seasonal planning, merchandising, or forecasting processes, with a willingness to learn and grow expertise
Structured, proactive, and detail‑oriented working style, comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, global environment.
