Your mission
This is a regional support role for EEMEA that provides application system support, business analysis, functional design, system implementation, user acceptance test, user training and system documentation.
• Daily support and problem solving in SAP and other business applications
• Support & resolve user issues on daily basis and in a timely manner
• Assist with reporting requirements / exports from SAP / other systems
• Facilitate system changes according to Business Requirements & Change
Requests
• Gather user's requirements & translate into functional enhancement
requests (no coding needed)
• GAP analysis of businesses process vs requirements vs system capabilities /
functionality
• Participate and support system implementation and enhancement
• Provide user training and system documentation
• Prepare testing and conduct user acceptance test with users
Your talent
Functional Competencies Required:
• Degree in Business Administration, Computer
Science or related subjects
• At least 3 years experience in SAP (ECC preferred) &
Application Support or Consulting
• Industry experience in Retail/ Wholesale / Sports
• Solid understanding of business processes
• Strong GAP analysis and reporting reconciliation
• SAP Certification is an advantage
• Data migration implementation and lifecycle
experience
• SDLC support / management and experience
• Business requirements gathering / analysis and
collation
• Strong SAP experience in SD & MM & FI Modules.
WM (advantage)
• SAP configuration knowledge & experience
• SAP cross module integration knowledge &
experience
• SAP Integration with external applications
• SAP Reporting / data exports
• Data migration
• SAP WM module basic understanding of Storage
type, Storage Section, Storage bin, Transfer Order
• SDLC management
• Advanced Excel (Pivot, Formulas, vlookup, macros)
• Power BI (advantage)
• Retail POS software (advantage)
