Your Talent (Qualifications)
0-2 years of experience in wholesale planning, forecasting or merchandise roles (wholesale experience a plus).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field preferred; relevant work experience considered.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office specifically Excel (e.g., v-look ups, filter, sorting)
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities. Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple projects at the same time
Must be flexible and adaptive to fast-paced and dynamic environment or competing priorities.
Solid innovative instincts and ability to execute plans with an understanding of the business implications.
Your Mission
Your Mission (Responsibilities)
Collaborate with the planning team in aligning retail, wholesale, and account sales plans with merchandise strategies.
Help gather and organize data to support merchandise planning processes and decisions.
Perform basic data analysis and report findings to planners, contributing to profitability and margin assessments.
Assist in the forecasting process by gathering historical sales data and sell-through rates.
Provide entry-level support to the operations and planning teams by updating and maintaining forecast spreadsheets and reports.
Support the Go-to-Market (GTM) process by helping manage the calendar and tracking important dates for local and global milestones.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and assist in communicating updates.
Assist in gathering and consolidating product forecasts for submission to the global organization.
Help track forecast changes and ensure data accuracy across various reports.
Participate in training and development opportunities to improve planning and analytical skills under the guidance of senior team members.
