2- 3 years’ experience in sales/ retail operations, e-commerce operations or project management, and Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Proactive and assertive in follow-through with colleagues and business partners, including a high degree of self-direction

The ability to collaborate and influence others
Customer service-oriented attitude

Your Mission
Job Summary
This role will serve as a critical member of the Go To Market (GTM) team, supporting the wholesale team through providing product information and assets required to initiate a successful go to market process, from sell-in to digital partner support. They will partner with our global teams and photography agency to best serve our sales organization and retailers.
Responsibilities
Responsible for full scope Puma North America (PNA) sample management and processes, which entails most but is not limited to; collaboration with cross-functional partners to aggregate and execute sample ordering ahead of key company milestones, ensure tracking and shipment arrivals, leading tracking and sign-off process with Merchandising teams and maintaining organization system and flow of on-site footwear and apparel samples.
Partner with GTM Operations Teamhead to drive process and budget sample efficiencies.
Reporting management of Power BI sample reports, GTM calendar, and all tracking and milestone communication within department.
Maintaining an open line of communication with Sales team to fulfill additional in-season sample requests, providing best-in-class service
Supporting Showroom team with seasonal showroom setup that includes unpacking boxes, checking in styles and arranging product.
Oversee management of our regional photography strategy, partnering with the global digital team and our North American photography agency to serve the imagery needs of our sales team and retailers
Partner with sales team to identify all seasonal photography needs. Maintaining open line of communication with Sales team to fulfill ad-hoc needs providing best-in-class service
Daily management of photography tracker. Upload all images into our public binder system for sales team and B2B usage.
Partner with Regional Creation Center to approve National Regional Product imagery
Management of our Product Information Management system, acting as the liaison between the platform, our IT team and end users (sales team)
Partner with the digital sales team to continue to drive PIM efficiencies ultimately leading to better brand experience and conversion on site.
