Your Talent
- 8+ years project management or account management experience within an in-house creative brand or agency, digital background is a plus.
- Culturally connected and passionate with a genuine knowledge and passion for Football
- Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing or related field.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and presentation skills – can quickly deliver key projects highlights effectively across multiple levels of stakeholders.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and within a matrix organization.
- Strong ability to maintain focus under pressure - keeps a positive, yet confident demeanor.
- Drives and expects high standards for work output and behavior of self and others; accountable, assertive and dependable.
- Strong management skills and the ability to drive multiple complex projects forward simultaneously. Can escalate project issues effectively and generate solutions proactively.
- Experience managing internal creative workflows of multidisciplinary campaigns (experience with design and/or production is a plus).
- Comfortable working with high-level executives, external partners, and talent.
- International travel could account for up to 20% of the role responsibilities.
Your Mission
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accountable for the day-to-day management and ownership of top tier global BU campaign creative plans including timelines, workflows, resource management and communication.
- Lead working relationships with the Business Unit Team, PUMA Creative Services team, external agency partners, and key internal / external project stakeholders.
- Work independently in the role to strategically drive the creative process by setting and leading all critical milestones from initial project conception through final delivery to local markets.
- Strategically lead agency partnerships from pitch, scoping, onboarding, development to wrap up phase.
- Maintain existing roaster of agency partnerships and lead development of the agency pool based on business requirements.
- Facilitate consistent and clear communication of creative decisions as projects progress and ensure key stakeholder satisfaction across all stages of the projects. Ensure full project status transparency throughout project stages and effectively communicate project status and next steps daily.
- Lead and facilitate internal discussions to foster collaboration across teams as well as accomplish key creative tasks including definition around creative deliverables such as paid, OOH, Social, PR, and commercial deliverables, project resource allocation, brief and project scope assessment and creative approval reviews.
- Actively lead time management including risk assessment to ensure timely delivery of all creative materials to stakeholders.
- Identify and provide recommendations for course correction of planned project flow as needed, based on changes to business needs.
- Bring the customer at the center of the Commercial Marketing conversations with the assigned Business Unit through data, regional feedback and Commercial channel expertise.
- Provides regular presentations and status updates to global leadership and key local markets.
- Lead in the development of key planning/strategy/budget documents and presentations.
- Guide and direct global and regional teams with the adaptation of Commercial Marketing Guidelines and be the expert on Commercial Marketing requirements & trends.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage creative project workflows including proper briefing processes, project prioritization, resource allocation and project reporting on an on-going basis.
- Lead and disseminate seasonal project timelines and drives collaborative creative processes under tight schedules and within multiple stakeholder groups.
- Drive, lead, and establish Global Commercial Marketing strategies for the assigned Business Unit including creating innovative marketing materials, managing the account sell-in process, and ensuring a high-quality consumer experience in alignment with the PUMA brand.
- Lead the creation of all channel executions including Paid Media, OOH, Social, in-store and E-commerce marketing materials, communication tools, and guidelines to strengthen the PUMA brand for both owned and operated Retail PUMA Stores, and Wholesale accounts. Work directly with a variety of stakeholders including Global agency partners, GRE, Retail and E-Com teams.
- Effectively assign creative team members and external partners to tasks within each project, based on expertise and workload through the use of the organization’s workflow tools.
