Your talent
- At least 6-8 years of relevant work experience in a Consulting, Corporate Strategy or similar role, ideally within the sporting goods, fashion or FMCG industry
- Proven ability to develop long-term strategic plans and in managing complex strategic projects
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the broader business context in the sporting goods industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills when analyzing complex data, identifying key issues and developing effective solutions
- Experience in comprehensive strategic programs preferred
- Very strong communication skills towards senior management
- Highly committed team player with a great affinity towards sports
Your mission
- Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to create and implement departmental strategies and operating models aligned with overall business goals
- Manage and coordinate cross-functional transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Lead and participate in comprehensive strategic programs establishing the foundation for future growth and competitiveness
- Identify areas of improvements in workflows and recommend solutions to streamline operations
- Facilitate the development of well-organized and comprehensive presentations and documentation to support the Senior Leadership decision-making process
- Guide organization through strategic changes and ensure buy-in from key internal stakeholders.
