Your Mission

As the Lead SEO for Global Commerce, you will shape the technical SEO vision for our global eCommerce ecosystem. Sitting at the intersection of engineering, product, and digital teams, you will be responsible for architecting scalable SEO strategies that elevate our organic performance across key markets. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence without direct guideline—while laying the groundwork for future team growth.

  • Global Technical SEO Leadership: Define and drive a unified global technical SEO strategy that aligns with business objectives, supports market-specific goals, and enhances organic visibility and conversion at scale.

  • Strategic Partnership on CMS & Platform Evolution: Act as the SEO lead on all major CMS, site merchandising, and backend replatforming initiatives—embedding SEO requirements early in product and engineering roadmaps to ensure long-term organic performance.

  • Proactive Site Health Management: Lead the development and execution of a proactive site health framework, including advanced audits of crawlability, indexation, page performance, and error resolution, with an emphasis on long-term resilience and SEO hygiene.

  • Scalable Technical Problem-Solving: Tackle complex technical SEO challenges across global domains—such as canonicalisation conflicts, JavaScript rendering, structured data deployment, and multilingual SEO—by delivering scalable, future-proof solutions.

  • Site Architecture Optimization: Own the evolution of our global site architecture to enhance crawl efficiency, focus search engine equity on high-value content, and support new product and category growth.

  • Cross-Functional Influence & Thought Leadership: Serve as a key thought partner to engineering, analytics, content, and eCommerce stakeholders—educating teams on technical SEO implications and advocating for initiatives that drive organic growth.
