Your mission
Develop and execute the European marketplace and affiliate marketing strategy aligned with commercial and brand goals.
Identify growth opportunities across affiliate networks, publishers, cashback platforms, and marketplace media.
Define channel roles and performance expectations to drive incremental revenue and high‑quality traffic.
Manage day‑to‑day relationships with marketplace partners, affiliate networks, agencies, and publishers.
Negotiate contracts, commission structures, placements, and promotional opportunities.
Drive onboarding of new partners and continuously evaluates partner performance.
Optimize marketplace content, product visibility, and on‑site marketing placements in collaboration with E‑commerce and Merchandising.
Oversee affiliate promotional calendars, deal structures, and activation plans.
Conduct ongoing performance analysis to improve KPIs such as revenue, ROAS, conversion rate, and partner quality scores.
Plan and execute seasonal and tactical marketplace campaigns aligned with broader marketing and commercial strategies.
Build and maintain reporting dashboards, analyzing partner performance and validating attribution with Analytics.
Ensure content accuracy, brand compliance, and strong technical integrations while collaborating cross‑functionally to share insights and best practices.

Strong negotiation ability regarding contracts, commissions, placements, and commercial opportunities.
Ability to plan, brief, execute, and track seasonal and tactical campaigns across multiple partners and timelines.
Comfort with digital channel tools, tracking, tagging, dashboards, and technical partner integrations.
Strong cross‑functional working style with E‑commerce, Merchandising, CRM, Brand, Analytics, and global teams.
Ability to brief partners, share insights, present data, and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Capability to adapt to dynamic marketplace environments, solve issues quickly, and improve operational excellence.
Strong detail orientation to maintain content accuracy, detect anomalies, monitor fraud, and ensure compliance with rules and standards.
