Your Talent
Education in category management, economics, procurement, etc.
Work experience 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in Fashion / Sport
Proficient Excel user, SAP experience is preferred
English - Upper-Intermediate level
Energy and enthusiasm for working with products in a large international company
Results orientation, responsibility, attention to detail and analytical skills, structured and meticulous, flexibility, decision-making skills, teamwork, openness and confidence
Interest in global fashion trends, constant updating of knowledge about the latest developments in the sports style industry and adaptation to customer needs
Your Mission
Your key mission is to ensure the competitiveness of the country’s assortment and support sales growth through effective planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
Country Assortment Planning:
Select country-relevant assortment from the global range, in line with the country demand, consumers requirements, brand direction and key initiatives
Analyze assortment gaps and initiate local requests to the global team
Provide initial forecast for the seasonal buy
Define planned Landed Costs and Recommended Retail Prices (RRPs), adjusted for the local market
Wholesale Business Support:
Prepare and adapt full collection information for local usage
Key Accounts support: present collections, provide tailored assortment mixes based on key account needs, and review key account orders
Retail & E-Commerce range planning support
Market Monitoring & Trends:
Monitor competitor activities: products, distribution channels, and pricing strategies
Actively track fashion and consumer trends to identify new opportunities for business growth
