Your Talent

  • University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related field — ideally with a focus on HR or analytics
  • At least 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits, HR controlling, or data analytics - preferably in a global or matrix environment
  • Strong analytical thinking, detail-orientation, and ability to maintain a strategic perspective
  • Ability to explain complex topics clearly in English
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR systems to generate actionable insights. Experience with Workday and data visualization tools are a plus
  • Solution-oriented, adaptable team player thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • You enjoy storytelling through data, optimizing processes, and creating real value for employees and leadership through your work.

Your Mission

  • Build and maintain dashboards and HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning
  • Conduct complex data analyses, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations
  • Manage compensation and benefits processes with focus on job grading, salary reviews, bonus payments and long-term incentive programs
  • Coordinate, execute and explain salary surveys and market analyses; review pay structures to ensure fair and competitive compensation
  • Lead projects to enhance people rewards and analytics processes, collaborating with cross-functional and international teams to drive continuous improvement.
