Your Talent
Experience in office coordination or reception
Skilled in Microsoft Office, Sharepoint and digital communication tools
Experience from working with event planning is a strong plus!
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
Service-minded and great at multitasking
Positive, reliable, and detail-oriented with a can-do attitude

Your Mission

PUMA is looking for a dedicated Office & Engagement Coordinator to join our team as soon as possible. This is a broad, varied & fast-paced role – perfect for someone who enjoys being in the centre of activity and who brings structure and a positive spirit to everything they do.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of our Stockholm office and a key connector across the Nordics. You’ll run daily operations in the reception, drive internal comms, and create great experiences for both colleagues and visitors.
Your key responsibilities include:
Reception duties in Stockholm, including greeting visitors, answering admin queries via phone and email & making the Stockholm office an exciting & engaging place for our colleagues & visitors
Organising & coordinating employee & customer events across PUMA’s Nordic locations throughout the year
Managing internal communication, using digital resources creatively & developing the PUMA Nordic intranet as a key source of information
Sending & receiving post & packages
Managing service providers including the cleaning company, managing office supplies including coffee, and taking care of practical on-site needs
Driving the sustainability agenda across the Nordics as PUMA’s passionate local sustainability coordinator
Supporting our offices in other PUMA Nordic locations remotely with office queries, from time to time
Conducting quarterly fire safety checks & arranging first-aid workshops
