Your Talent
- 3–5 years experience in operations, project management, or production coordination, ideally within the fashion, footwear, or creative industry.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Very good verbal and written language skills in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you're a natural facilitator.
- Teamplayer mentality
- Knowledge of product development processes in apparel or footwear
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Sharepoint, Microsoft tools, Miro) are a plus
- A passion for sport, sportstyle, streetwear culture
This opportunity will be available in full time or part time.
Your Mission
- Own and maintain the seasonal product creation calendars, ensuring all key milestones and deliverables are clearly communicated and met across teams.
- Manage projects, workshops and initiatives for the Sportstyle Product and Design teams according to priorities, deadlines and objectives
- Facilitate clear, timely communication across functions and leadership levels to support alignment and decision-making throughout the product creation process.
- Support and drive key cross-functional initiatives, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business goals. Provide visibility and reporting on project status to stakeholders.
- Act as the central liaison between the Product, Design, and other internal teams to optimize workflows, reduce friction, and create operational clarity.
- Analyse and monitor current processes and proactively work on suggestions for optimization
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of project management tools and systems used by the teams, ensuring data accuracy and usability.
- Stakeholder for X-BU projects and alignment meetings and smooth transfer of information and communication across the departments
- Point of contact and onboarding for new employees.
