Your mission
- Plan Kids footwear collection, detecting gaps in the market and briefing new products, concepts, and packs with consumer in mind
- Ensure targets and KPIs are met, focusing on range structure, price point matrix and product lifecycle management
- Work together with design, development and merchandising to ensure that the final collection is meeting consumer and account needs: From planning phase until prototype approval and launch
- Manage teardowns with development and factories ensuring FOBs targets are met and challenging the product costing, understand how costing affects product quality, margin, net sales from design phase to production release
- Present product strategy and product lines to international partners as well as key accounts
- Work together with the business unit marketing team to ensure strategic communication is achieved and collaborate in planning the whole sell-in support
- Align Kids specific 360 projects, partnering with Apparel and Accessories
- Coordinate different Kids lines challenging processes and timelines
- Coordinate and final checking of the instore date/product flow
- Availability to travel regularly for market/account visits and fairs
- Ensure on time-and accurate input of product data for all assigned product lines and all required information.
Your talent
- Graduate studies in Business Administration, Sports Management or similar
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in product management in the sporting goods industry, preferably Sportstyle and /or Footwear
- Good market and retail knowledge
- Developed product sense and taste level
- Very good communication skills as well as excellent English knowledge (written and spoken)
- Very good analytical skills
- Excellent MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Flexible teamplayer with good organizational skills and well-structured work.
