The Role
As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you’ll be the engine room of the store—driving sales, energising your team, and delivering unforgettable experiences to every customer who walks through the door. You'll lead from the front, living and breathing the PUMA mindset: brave, confident, determined, and joyful.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Floor: Spend most of your time front and centre—coaching, selling, and supporting your team.

  • Smash Targets: Help the team hit and exceed sales, KPI, and profitability goals.

  • Coach & Develop: Play a key role in training, mentoring, and setting up your team for success.

  • Champion Customer Experience: Create an environment that keeps customers coming back for more.

  • Drive Store Standards: Execute visual merchandising and uphold operational excellence.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure the store is a safe, compliant and well-run space for team and customers alike.

  • Flex for the Team: Work across a rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
