Your mission
Translate BU strategy into a focused global merchandising strategy (incl. range reduction & mandatory range)
Develop multi‑year franchise and seasonal plans including forecasting and KPI tracking
Build seasonal playbooks and consumer‑centric global assortments.
Align Marketing, BU, and Commercial teams to deliver cohesive product stories and distribution plans
Deliver global frameworks and seasonal execution supported by in‑season analysis and forecasting
Lead market performance reviews (teardowns, recaps) and drive corrective actions
Lead, develop, and align the team while ensuring cross-category consistency.
Your talent
12–15+ years of global experience in Merchandising, Commercial Strategy, GTM, or BU leadership
Proven ownership of global merchandising strategy and transformation initiatives
Expertise in franchise lifecycle management and range simplification
Strong commercial acumen across Wholesale, Retail, and eCommerce
Highly data-driven with deep experience managing KPI frameworks (revenue, margin, ST, GRR)
Strong senior stakeholder influence and excellent executive communication skills
Leadership strength with a coaching mindset, consumer obsession, and decisive decision-making.
