Your Talent
- Degree in Textile / Fashion / Clothing related discipline
- 10+ years' experience in Bags and Accessories, Football & related Equipment sourcing or manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of managerial responsibility, preferably in the sports industry.
- An experienced, dynamic, and self-driven person with the ambition to make career advancement.
- A people motivator who possesses strong people management skills and is experienced in leading teams.
- Independent, self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, team oriented and flexible
- Possess strong Football and related equipment, sports bags & accessories, and material supplier knowledge.
- Experience in the bags & accessories industry, with exposure to product development and knowledge of costing and pricing.
- Ability to assess production and R&D capabilities of suppliers.
- Able to work under pressure and embrace changes and challenges within a multi-cultural group.
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong PC knowledge
- High proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Your Mission
- Manage the development process (from material to end-product) according to the company calendar, promote target achievement, ensure on time delivery of right quality samples.
- Promote strong relationships among suppliers, developers, BU and other business function (Sustainability, Order Management, Production, etc.)
- Work closely with the Sourcing Director to set future sourcing strategies. Drive and implement strategic projects (e.g. Quality standard, BPCL implementation, SJ deal, PAC)
- Remains current on market trends with competitors, suppliers, and ensure corporate standards are maintained in accordance with required margins/KPI.
- Engage in strategic negotiations to achieve favorable conditions and strong supplier partnerships.
- Monitor and address supplier performance regarding quality, pricing, and delivery requirements.
- Supervise and monitor execution of team routine operation to meet the timeline of each milestone of development cycle.
- To coach and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
