Your mission
The mission of the Senior Product Owner AI & ML is to translate advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning capabilities into scalable, ethical, and high-impact products that create measurable business value. The position holder owns the end-to-end AI product vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring that AI-driven solutions are customer-centric, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and responsible AI principles. Acting as a bridge between business, technology, and data, the role enables cross-functional teams to deliver AI innovations that enhance efficiency, decision-making, and competitive advantage.
Define, own, and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI & ML products
Ensure AI initiatives align with overall business objectives and global/regional requirements
Prioritize features and enhancements to maximize business value, efficiency, and impact
Translate AI capabilities and value propositions for non-technical stakeholders
Align AI product development with business goals, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
Define success metrics and monitor the performance and impact of AI-driven solutions
Ensure the availability, quality, and readiness of data required for AI product development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and governance policies
Own and manage the AI product backlog, including user stories, prioritization, and acceptance criteria
Drive timely delivery of AI features and solutions within an agile development environment
Provide program management oversight for AI initiatives, including planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and coordination across multiple teams and workstreams
Establish and promote processes for continuous learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement of AI products.
Your talent
Bachelor's or Advanced degree (Masters, PhD or equivalent) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 5 years in leadership or management roles
Proven experience managing end-to-end AI/ML initiatives, from strategy development to execution and operationalization
Strong experience working in consumer goods, retail, or fashion is a significant plus
Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., supervised and unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning)
Experience with large-scale data platforms and cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, Azure) and familiarity with data engineering and architecture
Familiarity with the application of AI/ML to customer-facing technologies (e.g., recommendation systems, computer vision, NLP, etc.)
Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Ability to collaborate across departments, driving alignment and fostering a culture of cross-functional teamwork
Ability to connect AI/ML projects with broader business strategies and objectives
Experience delivering business value from AI/ML initiatives, including cost savings, revenue generation, or improved customer engagement
Proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities for AI/ML integration.
