- Bachelor of dyeing or textile.
- 5 years working experience in fabric or textile related, trim experience will be a plus. Understand development process.
- Knowledge of fabric, colors and testing standards GB/ISO/AATCC.
- Learning attitude, self-motivated individual.
- Communication skills, ability to connect with different stake holder internal and external.
- Good command of English reading, writing and speaking.
Your mission
- Develop assigned fabrics in cooperation with Material manager and Respective BU.
- Costing initiatives. Align with global material costing direction and push for better calculation for RCC.
- Eyes on quality. Understand Puma standard and work closely with Technical Team for consistent quality output.
- Process improvements ie shorter lead time initiative.
- Provide calendar support, monitor deadline. Monitor vendor performance.
