Your Talent

  • Education: University degree in art related major
  • Professional: Above 10 years in-depth VMD and interior experience in the fashion or sports industry
  • IT Skills: MS-Office, CAD, Photoshop, Illustration
  • Language Skills: Business English
  • Functional Skills: Strong creative judgment Working knowledge of the retail environment and the challenges facing both the brand and the retailer, In-depth expertise using software tools in creating the retail expression of the brand
  • Functional Competencies: Working knowledge of retail presence/store planning concepts, Architect degree

Your Mission

  • Lead In-Store Communication team alignment on a campaign basis, placing holistic campaign planning support at the forefront of all plans and processes for the stores
  • Based on budget planning and brand communication strategy, working closely with DTC, wholesale and brand communication teams to achieve seasonal goals based on annual campaigns
  • Through in-store visual communication tools, to deliver brand storytelling to each account to ensure a consistent consumer experience through standards, brand asset alignment, and a digital-first mindset
  • Define and execute ISC strategies based on retail goals and strategy / Execute ISC tools tailored to stores according to campaigns provided globally / Plan for proper procurement, creation, installation and delivery of props for communication tools of all relevant stores and counters as well as storage after campaigns
  • Production and budget management: Leads local production of ISC tools, managing all processes from creation and sampling to production / Efficiently manage the annual allocated budget and optimize and execute the budget for each campaign
  • Team Management: As a team leader, to communicate effectively with team members, support work success, and lead a harmonious team atmosphere / Ensures the team's work runs smoothly through good communication with other teams
  • Vender Management: To maintain the quality of service provided by vendors, conduct regular meetings, and train and supervise to avoid any disruptions / To develop better tools, we secure a pool of diverse vendors and continuously update them
