Your Talent
- 8-10+ years experience Industrial Design, preferably in golf, with management experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree in Industrial Design
- Experience in working with a well-respected, innovative equipment brand preferred
- Ability to lead and guide all industrial design efforts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills required.
- Exceptional follow through and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and work against business deadlines.
- High level of energy, initiative and professionalism.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial approaches to business issues.
- Passion for Golf and for the Product.
- Results oriented.
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $99,200 - $163,700 + Bonus + Benefits
Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
Your Mission
- Manage Industrial Design Team members
- Oversee all Industrial Design projects, ensuring, trending, high quality designs
- Oversee market research, competitor research, concept sketch, rendering concepts, coloring, cosmetic matrix, and reviews of new product concepts.
- Work closely with Project Teams, Innovation, and Product Marketing to define and understand product objectives, market trends, and Innovation technologies.
- Direct Asia supply partners on the design and development of new products, processes, and technology
- Prepare sketches, detailed drawings, illustrations, artwork, and renderings using all Industrial Design techniques.
- Modify and refine designs to conform to product development specifications, production limitations, or engineering needs.
- Research new trends in golf club markets regarding color, process, materials, techniques, and outside industries, to develop new product knowledge and enhance departmental design and development capabilities.
- Manage headcover design and development.
