Enrolled student in business administration or economics
Ideally, first experience in Finance/Controlling
Very good MS Excel skills and good knowledge of other MS Office applications. Knowledge in Oracle HFM and Power BI are helpful.
Good English language skills

Your Mission:
Assistance in administrative tasks (maintenance of monthly reporting and planning files, handling of adhoc business enquires, coordination of communication with the regional entities, Sharepoint maintenance)
Assistance of preparing standard monthly closing reports for the management board
Support of creating standard monthly closing KPI files
Assistance in updating PUMA Group Reporting Manual
Support of half year / year end closing activities
