THIS AWAITS YOU
Your apprenticeship will focus on commercial and business management tasks at our headquarters in Herzogenaurach. You will get to know the entire spectrum of an industrial company: From Materials Management to Sales and Marketing to Finance and Accounting and Human Resources Management. You rotate through several teams and departments. You will attend vocational school in Herzogenaurach once or twice a week.
HARD FACTS
- Start of training: Every year on 01 September
- Duration of training: 3 years, can be shortened to 2 ½ years with appropriate performance
- School-based training: In cooperation with the Berufsschule in Herzogenaurach, block teaching
- Prerequisites: General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification, entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences or secondary school leaving certificate
- Working hours and holidays: 40-hour week with flexible working hours and 30 days holiday + 6 bridging days
