Your Talent
- You are a recent graduate with a background in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Textile Design or Fashion Design.
- You have a passion for storytelling through color, material and graphics.
- You are interested in footwear and using product as a medium for communication/self-expression.
- You are excited to work in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
- You have a refined level of form, color and material understanding.
- You excel in presentation creation and are a good communicator.
- You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
- You have a strong understanding of illustration and graphic creation.
- You successfully communicate ideas through sketching.
- You are detail oriented, organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- You have a passion for the PUMA brand and what it stands for #ForeverFaster.
- Your knowledge of Gravity Sketch and 3D modeling is a plus but not a requirement.
Your Mission
- You will work closely with the SportStyle Footwear Design team, helping PUMA build relationships with regional accounts through the creation of special make-up product.
- You will be integrated into the product creation process, learning the basics of footwear design, material usage, construction methods and tech-pack creation for footwear design.
- You will support the SportStyle Footwear Design team by utilizing storytelling, graphics, material and color selection to create compelling footwear concepts.
- You will dive into trend research, helping to define stories aimed at connecting with fashion forward consumers.
- You will take on one self-directed, individual project based on a Puma relevant direction and present to the team at the end of your apprenticeship.
