Your Talent
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Professional: 7~10 years of experience in apparel developer, sourcing, merchandiser. / Apparel development experience / Preferred experience in Sport brands
- IT Skills: Excel, PowerPoint : Highly advanced
- Language Skills: Business English
- Verbal presentation & communication: Outstanding level is required, Proactive, business intelligent, Team player, Proactive, Pragmatic, Positive, Open and “hands-on”
Your Mission
- Task 1 Cost Management (20%): Control production cost. Execute relevant communication and negotiation with suppliers including T2, T3. Analyze cost status and come up with proper solution to manage proficiency
- Task 2 Product quality control (20%): Set the clear guide & standard for product quality including fit, workmanship, material, trim…etc.. Holistic management from product quality management to timeline, cost related topics by connecting all related dots
- Task 3 Costco & B2B Merchandising management (20%): Lead to all Wholesale Merchandising process from supplier management, planning(MD), sampling, order to ex-factory. Set and manage efficient process to maximize the benefit through Wholesale Channel and special business cases(B2B)
- Task 4 Process and Timeline management (20%): Be involved in all local production process from creation and sampling to bulk production
- Task 5 Supplier management (10%): Set clear guide and rules to manage all suppliers for Puma Korea, and lead all communication process with those
- Task 6 Compliance & Transparency management (10%): Be connected with Puma Global Sourcing to manage the compliance in suppliers and factories. Also be involved in transparency management for all related counter parts from suppliers to T2, T3 based on clear guideline & evaluation
