Eligibility Criteria And Functional Competencies Required:
- 1-2 years experience
- Any experience in a product/ retail servicing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint is a must have.
- Mindset should be self-starter, collaborative, and ability to find quick solutions. This is a very hands-on role.
- Quick learner- will need to develop a good understanding of product +internal processes (finance, ops, legal etc.) to be successful in the role.
Your Mission
Position Summary: As the #1 sports company in India, we have forged pathbreaking and landmark partnerships with athletes, sports teams & federations. This role is critical to ensuring the success of these partnerships through seamless and timely servicing
Key Objective:
- Servicing and relationship management of ambassadors, athletes & teams (Non-cricket)
- Seeding merchandise to athletes during key tournaments to ensure product visibility.
- Servicing product for athlete/ ambassador shoots & marketing activations
- Assist in building product marketing plan, roll-out & wrap-up report.
- Coordination of social posting on Instagram for the clubs/ athletes
- Servicing operations- vendor management, closing invoices, maintaining & reconciling records of products supplied against contracts, etc.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Meet all servicing requirements timely & seamless manner
Organizational Relationships:
- Internal: Product & Merchandising, Retail & eComm, Sales Ops, Finance and Legal
- External: Athlete/ Athlete managers, Club/ Federation POCs, Run clubs/ run coaches/ Athlete management agencies;
