Associate Warehouse Order Picking & Shipping

• High School Diploma or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must be able to handle the physical demands of the job such as standing for extended periods, pushing, pulling, and bending down to reach components.
• Must be able to maintain good attendance and work overtime.
• Must be able to display the ability to perform simple math.
• Must be able to read BOMs (Bills of Materials), identify warehouse locations, read component part numbers, and match component part numbers/quantities to a BOM.
• Must be able to meet order picking performance goals with respect to accuracy and cycle time.
• Must be able to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environment.
• Familiarity with product styles, and/or golf components preferred.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management (WMS) and shipping systems preferred.
• Ability to learn and use spreadsheet and database tools preferred.

The hiring range base pay for this position is $16.00-$22.00 per hour + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate)

- Responsible for managing production work orders for golf clubs from print through pick confirmation.

• Support the order printing function from the WMS.
• Sort production orders to ensure best practices are being followed for process flow (ie. stock, custom, single clubs, sets, raw materials, etc.).
• Accurately retrieve and kit production orders.
• Validate accuracy of components picked against production order BOMs.
• Perform “pick” and “pick confirmation” functions in WMS.

- Responsible for managing production work orders for raw materials from print through packout.

• Accurately retrieve and kit raw material orders.
• Validate accuracy of components picked against raw material BOMs.
• Perform “pick” and “pick confirmation” functions in WMS.
• Packout raw material orders to ensure safe transport to end customers.

- Assist the shipping function as needed by preparing and labeling production orders for shipment.

- Maintain accurate inventory levels by ensuring orders are picked correctly from Warehouse Locations specified on production orders.

- Ensure material disposition procedures are being followed to appropriately track inventory (ie. scrap disposition).

- Support inventory cycle counts, movements, and replenishments.

- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse by keeping warehouse pick locations organized and aisles free from obstructions.

- Assist with the stocking of supplies and consumable materials as needed.
