- Higher education (economics, logistics);
- Similar work experience in a position for 2 years or more;
- Proficient user of Excel, PowerPoint, experience with SAP is desirable;
- English — Intermediate level (part of the interview will be conducted in English);
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, organization, responsibility, ability to learn quickly, multitasking, stress resistance.
Your mission
- Supporting the import of PUMA goods from factories;
- Organizing and controlling the delivery of goods and equipment throughout Ukraine (to the PUMA store network and key customers);
- Organization and control of goods returns to the central warehouse;
- Filling out waybills and delivery notes in the logistics operator's system;
- Monitoring the quality of service of Ukrainian logistics operators (KPI);
- Resolving operational issues that arise during deliveries;
- Maintaining a shipping register;
- Submitting monthly reports to the accounting department;
- Maintaining a register of waybills;
- Communicating with store managers and carriers
