Your Talent

  • Extensive experience in global consumer experience strategy and digital product management within E-Commerce (10+ years of proven experience)
  • You bring a unique blend of strategic vision, consumer empathy, and digital expertise
  • Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and design systems, with a track record of delivering intuitive and engaging digital experiences
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret consumer behavior and translate insights into impactful product enhancements
  • Expertise in search and merchandising optimization, including algorithmic improvements and analytics
  • A data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow a diverse team
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, working effectively with Marketing, Engineering, and Business Units
  • A passion for the PUMA brand and a commitment to delivering best-in-class consumer experiences.

As Director Global E-Commerce Digital Consumer Experience, you’ll play a key role in shaping how millions of consumers interact with our brand online.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development and execution of a global digital consumer experience strategy that reflects PUMA’s brand values and business goals
  • Own the roadmap for consumer-facing digital products, ensuring they’re intuitive, impactful, and tailored to market needs
  • Collaborate with regional teams to understand local consumer behaviors and translate insights into globally scalable solutions
  • Be the voice of the consumer in our E-Commerce product backlog—prioritizing features and improvements that truly enhance the user experience
  • Drive innovation across the entire digital journey—from product discovery and search to checkout and repeat purchases
  • Oversee UX/UI design efforts, ensuring consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints through a robust design system
  • Use data, testing, and consumer feedback to continuously optimize conversion rates and elevate the shopping experience
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Engineering, and Business Units to bring seamless, brand-aligned experiences to life
  • Lead and inspire a talented team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth.
