Your mission

We are seeking a Executive, Retail Trainer who brings high energy, a proactive mindset, and strong organizational skills to drive team performance and deliver an exceptional retail experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, sneakers, and people development, using that enthusiasm to inspire and empower store teams to reach their full potential. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments, can effectively communicate and coach diverse teams, and is dedicated to fostering a culture of growth, learning, and excellence across our retail network.

Key Responsibilities

Task 1: Training Execution

  • Deliver in-store, classroom, and virtual training sessions focusing on sales effectiveness, service excellence, and product knowledge.

Task 2: Program Deployment

  • Program Deployment: Implement regional and local training initiatives aligned with business and brand objectives, ensuring smooth execution and consistency across all channels.

Task 3: Onboarding

  • Manage the national new hire onboarding journey, ensuring new employees are equipped with strong brand and product foundations.

Task 4: E-Learning Management

  • Administer and track e-learning modules, ensuring completion, data accuracy, and timely reporting through the regional learning platform.

Task 5: Content Localization

  • Content Localization: Adapt regional training materials to Bahasa Indonesia and tailor to local retail and cultural context.

Task 6: Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Retail Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising to align training content with store priorities and commercial goals.

Task 7: Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and report training performance using tools such as dashboards or feedback platforms to assess impact and improvement areas.

Task 8: Event Support

  • Represent Retail Training during national activations and internal brand events as a key facilitator or product trainer.

    Your talent

    Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    Experience: 3–6 years of experience in retail training, sales capability, or learning & development (sportswear, fashion, or FMCG preferred).

    Language: Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken & written).

    Functional Skill: Strong facilitation and presentation skills; able to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

    IT Skills: Microsoft Office and experience managing e-learning platforms or LMS systems is an advantage.
