Step Into a Leadership Role at a Brand‑New PUMA Store

PUMA is opening a brand‑new Concept Store at Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ) — the first of its kind in Oceania, and we’re building a fresh team to bring this new retail vision to life.

We’re looking for engaging, energetic Retail Sales Supervisors who love leading from the floor, supporting teams, and helping create an elevated outlet experience. This is your chance to join the leadership team right at the start and help set the tone, culture, and energy for a brand‑new store.

Your Impact

Supervisors are the glue on the floor. You’re the person who keeps the pace high, the standards sharp, and the team engaged. In a brand‑new store, your impact is even bigger, you’ll help shape team culture, drive sales, and support the successful launch of a brand‑new concept from day one.

What You’ll Do

This role is all about leading by example, staying hands‑on, and keeping the team motivated in a fast‑paced, customer‑driven environment. You’ll spend most of your time on the floor coaching, selling, and supporting the Store Manager and ASM.

  • Lead from the floor, around 90% of your time will be customer‑facing, coaching and supporting the team in real time

  • Help drive sales, KPIs, and store performance through confident selling and strong team leadership

  • Support training, onboarding, and the development of high‑performing team members

  • Maintain strong customer experience standards aligned to PUMA expectations

  • Assist with merchandising, visual execution, and keeping the store looking sharp

  • Support loss prevention, shrink management, and operational compliance

  • Identify merchandise opportunities and communicate them to store leadership

  • Help with stock flow, inventory routines, and store upkeep

  • Contribute to creating a safe, energetic, and positive working environment for both customers and the team

  • Work flexibly across weekends, evenings, and peak trade periods as required

Your talent

Who You Are

You’re confident, proactive, and love working with people. You bring a leadership mindset, even when you’re hands‑on, and you enjoy being the go‑to person on the floor who lifts the team and drives momentum.

  • 1-2 years of retail leadership or supervisor experience (apparel/footwear a bonus)

  • Strong communicator who can coach in the moment and lead by example

  • Results‑driven, with a history of contributing to sales and KPIs

  • Comfortable in high‑volume environments with lots happening at once

  • Positive energy, reliable work ethic, and a genuine interest in people

  • Ready to be part of a brand‑new store opening and help shape the culture from day one

Why Join PUMA?

Joining a brand‑new store means you’re not stepping into someone else’s rhythm, you’re helping set it. At PUMA, you’ll be part of an environment where leadership opportunities are real, and growth is part of the plan.

  • Help launch the newest Global Concept store in Oceania

  • Be part of the store’s early leadership team

  • Supportive, energetic, and inclusive work culture

  • Opportunities to grow into ASM or Store Manager roles
