PUMA is opening its first‑of‑its‑kind FOC Concept Store at Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ), starting a new chapter in how PUMA delivers performance, style, and value in an outlet environment. We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Store Manager to lead this exciting new store from day one.

This is more than a Store Manager role. It’s an opportunity to shape the customer experience, build a high‑performing team, and help set the standard for how this new FOC Concept comes to life in Oceania.

Your Impact

As Store Manager at our ECQ Store, you’ll be responsible for translating a new retail vision into daily execution. You’ll balance commercial performance, customer experience, people leadership, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.

This role suits a leader who enjoys building something new, driving results, and creating a culture where both customers and team members thrive.

What You’ll Do

This role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic ownership. You’ll be highly visible on the floor while confidently managing the bigger picture.

Lead from the Front

  • Spend approximately 85% of your time on the sales floor, engaging customers, coaching leaders, and setting the pace for the store.

  • Model strong selling behaviours and elevate team confidence and capability.

Drive Commercial Performance

  • Partner with the Area Manager and Store Roster partners to deliver sales, KPI, and operational targets.

  • Use data, insight, and local opportunity to improve conversion, productivity, and stock performance.

Build and Develop the Team

  • Recruit, train, and develop a diverse and high‑performing team aligned with PUMA’s values.

  • Create a positive, inclusive culture focused on growth, accountability, and pride in performance.

Deliver a Great Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer interaction meets PUMA service expectations, even during peak trade.

  • Lead by example in service standards, problem resolution, and brand representation.

Bring the Concept to Life

  • Execute new Global Concept store standards, visual merchandising, and in‑store initiatives.

  • Uphold PUMA’s brand identity through consistent presentation and attention to detail.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee inventory management, stock integrity, loss prevention, WHS, and compliance.

  • Ensure strong operational routines that support a smooth, profitable store operation.

Build for the Future

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and feedback.

  • Identify and develop future leaders within the store.
