Your mission

  • Support the Global Retail Environment team with visual concepts and presentations for global retail projects

  • Create 3D visualizations and renderings for retail concepts and store layouts

  • Develop and update visual assets in line with brand guidelines, including graphics, visuals, and floor plans

  • Assist in preparing presentations and materials for internal meetings and external collaborations

  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of visual experience concepts for retail environments

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design, Marketing) to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints

  • Maintain and organize digital assets and project files

  • Create and update the bi-monthly team newsletter on SharePoint, ensuring clear communication of key updates, project milestones, and team accomplishments.

Your talent

  • Education: Enrolled in a degree program related to Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Interior Architecture, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a similar field for the entire duration of the internship

  • Visual Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Rhino, 3D Studio Max), and Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)

  • Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to work with precision and deliver high‑quality visuals that align with brand standards

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm and develop innovative visual solutions for retail environments

  • Organization and Time Management: Capable of managing multiple tasks and working under tight deadlines

  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

  • Interest in Retail Design and Visual Merchandising: Passion for the retail industry and an understanding of how visuals impact customer experience

  • Team-Oriented: Able to work well in a collaborative team environment and contribute ideas

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (German is a plus)

  • Previous Experience: Prior experience in visual design, retail concepts, or working with 3D modeling is a plus, but not required

  • Start date: 01.03.2026; Duration: 6 months.
