Your mission
Establish and execute a project communication strategy (community meetings, video recordings, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Create the content for stakeholder communication: newsletters, internal social media posts, presentations
Create training materials for the internal tool users, including educational videos, manuals, guidelines, and presentations
Visualize concept ideas or process descriptions in an understandable and meaningful way
Gain insights on the entire processes of a global program and the underlaying projects
Support the team in day-to-day tasks (maintenance of Confluence & Jira, testing of new functionalities, training events organization).
Your talent
Educational background in one of the following fields: Communications, Marketing, Economics, or Business Administration
Enrolled student for the entire duration of the contract
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills to effectively operate in cross-functional & cross-cultural environments
Hands-on mindset, enthusiasm, and exceptional communication skills
Strong interest in presentation design and content management
Ability to document and visualize processes in a structured manner
The willingness to learn and familiarize with new technologies
Business-fluent in English
Starting date: 15.03.2026; Duration: 6 months, with a possibility of extension.
